Refund Policy

You may cancel for a full refund any time before the program starts, and through the end of the calendar day (Pacific time) on which your first live session takes place. Attend the opening session and decide it's right for you — no questions asked.

After your first session, and until 60% of the scheduled course hours have been delivered, you may cancel and receive a pro-rata refund for the portion of the program not yet delivered. This is intended to align with applicable California education regulations.

Once 60% of the scheduled course hours have been delivered, enrollment is non-refundable, because the majority of the live instruction has been delivered and your seat could not be offered to another student.

Email contact@bayaiu.ai from the address on your account, with your name and order details. We confirm eligibility and process approved refunds promptly.

Refunds are calculated on the amount you actually paid (after any referral discount) and returned to your original payment method. Card refunds via Stripe typically post within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Alipay payments are processed through Stripe and are refunded the same way — back to your Alipay account, on a similar timeline.

If you believe you are owed a refund, please contact us first — we are happy to help. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution and your access to the program.
