Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account secure.

OPCS is a 16-hour live cohort delivered over four weeks (eight 2-hour sessions). Sessions are taught live and recorded for replay. Schedule, instructors, and curriculum may change for reasons beyond our control; we will give reasonable notice of material changes.

Upon meeting the completion criteria (at least 80% attendance and submitting the capstone), you receive a certificate of completion co-issued by CSTU and bayaiu/BayAI Circle. The certificate recognizes completion of this program; it is not a degree, academic credit, or professional license unless expressly stated.

Prices are shown on the enrollment page (e.g., online and in-person tracks). All payments — cards, Apple/Google Pay, and Alipay — are processed by Stripe and charged in US dollars. You authorize us to charge the amount shown at checkout, plus any applicable taxes.

Seats are limited; enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Signed-in users may join the affiliate program and receive a referral link. We pay the stated commission on qualifying, paid enrollments attributed to your link; self-referral and fraudulent or misleading promotion are not allowed. Commission rates, discounts, attribution windows, and payouts may be adjusted, withheld for suspected abuse, or discontinued at our discretion. Payouts are made manually after review.

Course materials, recordings, and content are owned by us or our licensors and provided for your personal, non-commercial learning. You may not record, copy, resell, publicly share, or redistribute them without written permission. You agree not to misuse the service, disrupt sessions, or infringe others' rights.

OPCS is educational. We do not guarantee any specific business, income, employment, or other outcome. Examples and case studies are illustrative, not promises. Your results depend on many factors outside our control.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the program in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Nothing here waives rights you cannot waive under applicable consumer or education law.
