01Is there an invoice or receipt? Can I expense it?
Yes. Every paid enrollment comes with a receipt / invoice, and on request we can provide our EIN and a W-9 so you can claim it as a professional-development expense with your employer. For invoices or reimbursement paperwork, email contact@bayaiu.ai.
02Not satisfied after the first class — can I get a refund?
Yes — and the policy is generous:
- Before the program starts: cancel anytime for a full refund.
- After it starts: through the end of the day (Pacific) your first live session takes place, you can still get a full refund — effectively “try the first session; full refund if it’s not for you.”
- After the first session, until 60% of the course hours have been delivered: a pro-rata refund for the portion not yet delivered.
- After 60% of the course: non-refundable.

03Are the replays unlimited? Is there a time limit?
Lifetime access — unlimited replays, no expiry. All 8 live sessions are recorded and posted to your student dashboard afterward, so you can rewatch anytime; missing a live session is no problem.
04If I don’t follow something, is there post-class Q&A or guidance?
Yes — support runs through several channels:
- Every live session has a real-time Q&A where you can ask on the spot;
- A WeChat service group for announcements, questions, and classmate discussion;
- Message the team directly from your student dashboard — a real person replies;
- Lifetime replays, so you can rewatch anything that wasn’t clear;
- And an on-site AI assistant for course / enrollment questions anytime.
(Note: the program does not currently include one-on-one private office hours; Q&A is handled through the channels above.)
05Is there a certificate at the end?
Yes. Complete the program (≥80% attendance — about 7 of 8 sessions) and you receive a certificate of completion:
- Co-issued by CSTU × BayAI Circle and signed by the instructor (no institutional seal required);
- It comes with a public, verifiable link you can add straight to LinkedIn;
- It certifies completion — it is not a degree, academic credit, or professional license.

06What language is it taught in?
Taught in Mandarin Chinese.
07Do I need a coding or technical background?
No. You can follow with zero coding background — we drive the AI tools with plain language. The program is built for working professionals, freelancers, and anyone who wants to use AI for a side business or to go solo.
08Which tools will I use? Do I pay for them myself?
The program is hands-on with four tools: OpenClaw, Hermes, Claude Code, and Codex — not slideware; every session builds something that actually works.
Subscription / usage fees for these tools are paid by you (some are paid products). If you’d like a rough cost estimate before enrolling, email contact@bayaiu.ai.
09What do I walk away with?
Four deliverables you can take to market:
- A draft one-person-company business plan;
- A deployable minimum product (MVP);
- An AI-influencer operating playbook;
- An AI short-drama demo (your capstone).
10What’s the schedule? What if I miss a session?
Two sessions a week for 4 weeks — Wednesdays 7:30–9:30pm and Saturdays 5:30–7:30pm (Pacific) — starting Wednesday, June 24, 2026. Miss one and you can watch the replay; the certificate is based on ≥80% attendance, so an occasional absence you make up by replay is fine, but attendance counts toward eligibility.
11What’s the difference between the online and in-person tracks?
Same curriculum, same instructors, same content, running at the same time.
- Online ($199): fully remote + lifetime replays.
- In-person ($299, Bay Area — Palo Alto + Milpitas): adds in-room networking, face time with professors, and an AGI Summit ticket discount.
12How do I pay? Can I use Alipay?
Through secure Stripe checkout — cards, Apple / Google Pay, and Alipay, all charged in USD (with Alipay, Alipay handles the currency conversion). On the enroll page, the dedicated “Pay with Alipay” button takes you straight to Alipay to scan the QR code or log in — no name or address to fill.
13Is there a student community?
Yes — after you enroll we’ll add you to the WeChat service group, where class announcements, Q&A, and classmate discussion all happen.
14Are seats limited?
Yes. A small cohort, first come first served, until seats are full.
